Більш indicates a higher degree of the property, and менш indicates a lesser one.
superlative: найлячні́ший
Forms additionally prefixed by що- resp. як- normally express elative. Elative describes a heighest degree without comparism. German translation may use "sehr", "ganz", "höchst", "außer­ordentlich". Elative may be expressed by
щонайбільш / якнайбільш + usual adjectival form
